Each canvas is prepared to order from an approved, high-resolution master photograph.
Shipping
We are preparing the first release for delivery within the United States. A tracking update will follow once the canvas enters shipment. Expedited delivery, Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders will be evaluated separately before payment.
Production
Every order receives a final crop and resolution check before production. Color and brightness can vary slightly between a backlit screen and a finished matte canvas.
Changes and cancellations
Because each canvas is made to order, changes or cancellations can only be accepted before production begins. The final cancellation window and support contact will appear at checkout before payments open.
Damage or production defects
If a canvas arrives damaged or has a production defect, retain the packaging and photograph the canvas, box, and shipping label. The final reporting window and replacement process will appear at checkout before payments open.
Returns
Made-to-order artwork generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. The room previews and measured sizes are provided to help confirm scale before ordering. Final terms will be presented before purchase.
Taxes and payment
Applicable sales tax will be calculated during secure Stripe checkout. We do not collect or store card information on this site.
Before sales open
Ordering remains disabled until a complete sample canvas, Stripe checkout, tax treatment, and the damage-and-replacement workflow have been tested from beginning to end.
